12 days of Christmas with Cortina Pizza is an online fundraising event being held in support of NEO Kids Foundation. During the fund raiser, we will be choosing participants to win a free pizza every single day from December 12th until the 23rd. On Christmas Eve we will be choosing our grand prize winner, who will receive free pizza for a year!
In order to be entered in the draw, all you have to do is donate to our fundraiser on Facebook. Every donation counts as one entry. You may enter as many times as you want between the 12th and the 23rd. Note that we will only be able to enter you into our draw if you make your donation to NEO Kids Foundation on our Facebook Post.
The grand prize will add up to 1 free large pizza a week for 52 weeks. If you are the winner, you are NOT required to claim your free pizza every week. As the winner you are able to refrain from claiming your prize for up to 4 weeks, after which you may claim 4 free pizzas at one time.
By participating, you are consenting to allow Cortina Pizza to use your NAME and PUBLIC PHOTOS of you on our social media posts so that we may update other participants on the status of the contest and who the winners may be.
100% of all funds are going towards the NEO Kids Foundation. This is a non-profit fundraising event. No purchase necessary to enter the draw
